Augment Analytics & Automation Ltd, trading as Augment, registered in Ireland (company number 687330), runs this website. For anything in this policy, contact ger@weaugment.eu.

What we collect

Contact form. If you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, and message you type. We use them to reply to you, nothing else. The form data is emailed to us via Resend (a transactional email provider) and lands in our Google Workspace mailbox.

Server logs. The site is served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, as any host does.

Nothing else. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no trackers.

Why we can process it

Replying to your enquiry is processing in our legitimate interest (and, where you are asking about working with us, a step towards a contract). Serving the site securely is a legitimate interest shared by every website.

Who else touches it

Our service providers: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (delivering the contact-form email), and Google Workspace (our email). Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, transfers rely on an adequacy decision (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified) or Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell or share your data for marketing.

How long we keep it

Contact enquiries stay in our mailbox while the conversation is live and for up to 24 months after, so we have context if you come back. If your enquiry becomes an engagement, its correspondence is kept as part of our business records.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our processing, or ask us to restrict it: email ger@weaugment.eu and we will respond within a month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Client data

When we process personal data inside a client engagement we act as a processor under a Data Processing Agreement with that client; that processing is governed by the DPA, not this policy. This policy covers this website only.
